#1 - 7*11 BLONDE ALE (5.0% ABV)
Light bread notes from the malt with a slight fruit aroma from the yeast and hops.
#2 - PELOTON PALE ALE (6.0% ABV)
Smooth and balanced with 3 varieties of malts. The intense hop flavor and aroma are due to dry hopping. The aroma is dominated by tropical fruits, including mango and pineapple.
#3 - WEE HEAVY SCOTCH STRONG (8.0% ABV)
We used 7 different varieties of malts to brew the bomb of a brew! Deep rich malt character slightly warms from the high alcohol content.
#4 - CADENCE PORTER (6.0% ABV)
A full-bodied black-as-night ale is smooth with a velvety texture. Notes of road coffee beans and chocolate fill the palate and nose.
#5 - PEDAL PILSNER (5.5% ABV)
A Premium Craft Lager brewed with 100% American Malted Pilsner grain. This beer is all about the wonderful pilsner malt character that finishes nice and smooth from the lager fermentation.
#6 - AFTERNOON MOON DARK LAGER (5.6% ABV)
Brewed for the April 8 eclipse. Journey through the eclipse with the incredible easy drinking dark lager. Notes of chocolate and roasted grain that leads to a clean smooth finish. Brewed with German pilsner and Munich malts fermented and aged cold.
#7 - TRANS AM HAZY IPA (7% ABV)
A Hazy IPA low in bitterness bursting with juicy tropical fruit flavors and aromas from the Mosaic Citra and Simcoe hops. Brewed with oats and wheat to give a hazy appearance.
#8 - TOTALITY HAZELNUT STOUT (5.5% ABV) COLLABORATION WITH BIG MUDDY BREWING
Brewed for the April 8 eclipse with our friends from the Big Muddy Brewing. We came together and made a smooth oatmeal stout which we then infused with hazelnut. Light bodied with a touch roast, finishes with notes of hazelnut
#9 - SUN CHASER BLACK IPA (5.3% ABV)
Brewed each year for the Dirty South gravel race in Alto Pass, IL. A hoppy dark ale brewed with Citra hops to give a bright citrus notes blended with the roasted dark malts to make a truly unique beer
#10 - RIDE ON CREAM ALE (5.5% ABV)
Light easy drinking ale low in bitterness. Called cream because of the use of corn in the recipe, Smooth and crisp!
#11 - COCOA MILK STOUT(5.3% ABV)
A sweet stout with notes of milk chocolate and coffee. We used a blend of roasted grains, coco and lactose milk sugar to make the perfect silky smooth sweet stout.
#12 - 7*11 PEACH BLONDE ALE (5.0 % ABV)
We took our 7*11 Blonde and infused it with Peaches to give a bright peach flavor that blends wonderfully with the malty notes of the blonde ale. Sweet and refreshing, with a touch of citrus from Citra hops.
