#1 - 7*11 BLONDE ALE (5.0% ABV)
Light bread notes from the malt with a slight fruit aroma from the yeast and hops.
#2 - PELOTON PALE ALE (6.0% ABV)
Smooth and balanced with 3 varieties of malts. The intense hop flavor and aroma are due to dry hopping. The aroma is dominated by tropical fruits, including mango and pineapple.
#3 - CADENCE PORTER (6.0% ABV)
A full-bodied black-as-night ale is smooth with a velvety texture. Notes of road coffee beans and chocolate fill the palate and nose.
#4 - WEE HEAVY SCOTCH STRONG (8.0% ABV)
We used 7 different varieties of malts to brew this bomb of a brew! Deep rich malt character slightly warms from the high alcohol content.
#5 - Tandem Hazy Double IPA (7.9% ABV)
Celebrating the 500th batch of beer brewed at St. Nicholas Brewing Company in Du Quoin. Featuring Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin hops, this beer delivers notes of pineapple, passionfruit, white grape, and tropical fruit layered over a soft, juicy mouthfeel. Bold hop character meets a smooth finish, creating a beer worthy of the milestone that inspired it.
#6 - TRANS AM HAZY IPA (7% ABV)
A Hazy IPA low in bitterness bursting with juicy tropical fruit flavors and aromas from the Mosaic Citra and Simcoe hops. Brewed with oats and wheat to give a hazy appearance.
#7 - Break Czech Pils Czech-Style Pilsner (5.3% ABV)
Crisp, clean, and brewed for the breakaway. Break Czech Pils is a traditional Czech-style lager crafted with heritage malt from the Czech Republic and floral, spicy Saaz hops. Cold-fermented and patiently lagered, this golden pilsner delivers smooth malt character, a subtle bitterness, and a refreshing finish built for long rides and easy sipping.
#8 - Maibock (7.5% Abv)
A strong malty German style Pale Lager. Rich grainy character from the German Munich malt fermented with clean German lager yeast to let the malt character shine.
#9 - Oktoberfest (5.5% ABV)
A German-style amber lager, rich & malty. Notes of cararmel, biscuits, & toasted malt. We used a blend of German malts and hops and cold aged this beer for several months.
#10 - Lemon Shandy (5% ABV)
Our shandy is a lemonade inspired beer, we used our cream ale and added some lemon to give a bright and refreshing citrus character.
#11 - Tailwind American Wheat Ale (5.9% ABV)
Brewed with a generous portion of wheat, this medium-bodied American Wheat Ale showcases soft bready wheat flavor complemented by subtle citrus and floral hop notes. A perfect companion for any summer day.
#12 - RIDE ON CREAM ALE (5% ABV)
Light easy drinking ale low in bitterness. Called cream because of the use of corn in the recipe, Smooth and crisp!
