#1 - 7*11 BLONDE ALE (5.0% ABV)
Light bread notes from the malt with a slight fruit aroma from the yeast and hops.
#2 - PELOTON PALE ALE (6.0% ABV)
Smooth and balanced with 3 varieties of malts. The intense hop flavor and aroma are due to dry hopping. The aroma is dominated by tropical fruits, including mango and pineapple.
#3 - WEE HEAVY SCOTCH STRONG (8.0% ABV)
We used 7 different varieties of malts to brew the bomb of a brew! Deep rich malt character slightly warms from the high alcohol content.
#4 - CADENCE PORTER (6.0% ABV)
A full-bodied black-as-night ale is smooth with a velvety texture. Notes of road coffee beans and chocolate fill the palate and nose.
# 5 - The Landmark Lager (5% ABV)
Brewed in honor of the historic building we call home, Landmark Lager is a clean, easy-drinking American lager crafted for those who appreciate a classic. Light-bodied with a smooth malt profile and a crisp, refreshing finish.
#6 TRANS AM HAZY IPA (7.0% ABV)
A Hazy IPA low in bitterness bursting with tropical fruit aroma and flavor from Mosaic Citra and Galaxy Hops. Brewed with oats and wheat to give a hazy appearance.
#7 - Blood Orange Pale Ale (6.3% ABV)
Bold blood orange flavor meets crisp hop character in this refreshing pale ale. Bright citrus, a touch of tartness, and a smooth, juicy finish make it dangerously drinkable.
#8 - Strawberry Cream ale (5% abv)
Light, smooth, and refreshing, this cream ale is brewed with strawberries for a subtle berry aroma and a soft, slightly sweet finish. Crisp malt character and low bitterness make it easy-drinking and perfect for any season.
#9 - PEACH 7*11 BLONDE (5.0 % ABV)
We took our 7*11 Blonde and infused it with Peaches to give a bright peach flavor that blends wonderfully with the malty notes of the blonde ale. Sweet and refreshing.
#10 - COCOA MILK STOUT (5.3% ABV)
A sweet stout with notes of milk chocolate and coffee. We used a blend of roasted grains, cocoa and lactose milk sugar to make the perfect silky smooth sweet stout.
#11 - OKTOBERFEST MÄRZEN LAGER (5.5% ABV)
A German-style amber lager, rich & malty. Notes of cararmel, biscuits, & toasted malt. We used a blend of German malts and hops and cold aged this beer for several months.
#12 - BLACKBERRY CREAM ALE (5% ABV)
Light, crisp, and berry delicious. This cream ale is brewed for easy sipping, with a smooth malt backbone and a touch of corn sweetness. We added blackberries to bring a subtle fruity pop and a hint of color. Refreshing, balanced, and just the right amount of juicy.
