Vegan Dinner Party

We welcome vegan chef Katy Hacker to St. Nicholas on April 24th at 6:30pm. She is making us a 5 course pub food inspired menu that is completely vegan! Come eat good {and healthy} food for a great cause. Proceeds will go to Trips for Kids River Ratz Chapter. This organization provides transformative cycling experiences for underserved youth.

The tenative menu is as follows: 
Course 1 - Wedge Salad w/ Chickpea 'Bacon' Bits + Ranch
Course 2 - Creamy Tomato Soup + Grilled 'Cheese' Ciabatta
Course 3 - Citrus Roasted Beets with Crumbled 'Feta' + Pecans
Course 4 - Best Darn Veggie Burger + Crispy Smashed Potatoes
Course 5 - Carrot Cake with Bourbon Cream Cheese Icing
